ActionLabs IT Services Phils. Corp is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for automation systems and internally developed applications.

You will work on system integration, dashboard development, troubleshooting, and supporting manufacturing operations through automation and paperless solutions while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in system integration, automation support, or web

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in system integration, automation support, or web development.
• Knowledge of MES, paperless systems, and system integration is a plus.
• Understanding of assembly and test line business processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automation systems and IES-developed applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, system integration, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain Spotfire dashboards and analytics to support operational decision-making.
• Support the integration and maintenance of paperless systems across multiple applications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to address line automation requirements.
• Assist in monitoring, supporting, and coordinating small- to large-scale automation projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and GitHub repositories.
• Ensure timely completion of support tasks while maintaining high service quality.
