Job summary

ECAM is seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain, deploy, and support our tools and applications. Responsibilities include managing updates, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system performance, and collaborating on new features to maintain reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in Application Support, solid SQL, Linux, Azure and Windows expertise, experience with FreshService or Salesforce, and familiarity with Grafana, Datadog or Elastic for monitoring.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in Application Support.
• Solid SQL knowledge for database queries and management.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems for troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Azure-hosted applications.
• Experience supporting Windows servers.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as FreshService or Salesforce.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Elastic.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex issues and p1 outage tickets.
• Investigate application and server logs to identify root cause.
• Review database tables and performance data.
• Create knowledge documents and conduct knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with other teams and vendors.
• Support change management including health checks and communications.
• Monitor new tickets and respond within SLA.
