APWtech is seeking an Application Product Analyst to join a global team supporting business-critical applications and product configuration initiatives. You will configure and maintain applications, create and troubleshoot RTF templates and outputs, and perform data analysis with SQL to support reporting and solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in RTF Templates, SQL, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement who enjoy solving business problems and translating requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain business and product-related applications.

• Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle BI Publisher or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Reporting and documentation experience
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or enterprise environments
