Job summary

Jassen Harris Industries Corp (Makerlab Electronics) in the Philippines is seeking an Application Engineer who will deliver technical expertise across pre-sales and post-sales support, demonstrate products, and train customers.

You will develop system configurations, create proof-of-concept setups, assist the Sales Team in technical discussions, troubleshoot issues, and prepare documentation, with regular on-site visits to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field; PRC license preferred.
• 1+ year in semiconductor test automation; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.

Job description

The Application Engineer provides technical expertise, system configuration, product demonstrations, and post-sales technical support. The role ensures successful implementation of solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training

• Develop system configurations and proof-of-concept setups

• Assist Sales Team in technical discussions with clients

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Prepare technical documentation and reports

• Regular and consistent on-site presence at customer location

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. Preferably an Electronics Engineer PRC license holder.

• At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor test automation, hands-on experience using industry-standard tools (e.g., NI LabVIEW) is great to have but not a must. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication skills
