Responsibilities

• Interact with customers during execution and gather feedback on site.
• Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and elevate non-resolvable issues.
• Execute pouring at site after checking infrastructure and safety guidelines, report variations.
• Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure proper curing, coordinate with Plant QC Incharge for issues.
• Track variations from initial requirement to actual site execution on quality and manpower.

Job Purpose- Application Engineer- Ready Mix Concrete - ST

To coordinate and ensure smooth execution of concrete pour at the project site.

The RMC Industry is highly fragmented and very competitive. As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

• KRA1 Customer Management
  • (R) Interact with customers during the execution and gather the feedback
  • (R) Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and elevate non-resolvable issues
• KRA2 Product Delivery
  • (R,A) Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
  • (R,A) Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure efficient curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
  • (R,A) Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
