Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in software development.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership, team lead, or senior developer role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern development stacks (e.g., .NET Core, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical leadership and hands‑on coding ability.

• Support estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews).

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Ensure development output meets quality standards through rigorous code reviews and continuous integration practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to embed automated testing, code quality tools, and DevOps pipelines.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes, tool adoption, and engineering efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns.
• Recommend new tools, libraries, and approaches to enhance application performance and maintainability.
• Lead initiatives to modernize existing applications, enabling better scalability and security.
