Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the required technology stack.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture, framework, and platform structure.
• Front-End (non-negotiable): React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Back-End (non-negotiable): Java, RESTful APIs, AEM Back-End Development.
• Adobe Experience Manager: AEM Sites, Components/Templates, Workflows, Sling, OSgi, JCR Repository, AEM Development Best Practices.
• Preferred: End-to-end AEM implementations, Agile experience, Stakeholder management, integration with external apps.
• Mandatory: Front-End and Back-End expertise; strong AEM hands-on may substitute for some experience.

• Front-End and Back-End expertise are both mandatory requirements.
• Strong hands-on AEM experience and a deep understanding of the platform architecture may be considered in lieu of the full 5 years of AEM experience, provided the candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency.
