Qualifications

10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the required technology stack.
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
Deep understanding of AEM architecture, framework, and platform structure.
Front-End (non-negotiable): React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Back-End (non-negotiable): Java, RESTful APIs, AEM Back-End Development.
Adobe Experience Manager: AEM Sites, Components/Templates, Workflows, Sling, OSgi, JCR Repository, AEM Development Best Practices.
Preferred: End-to-end AEM implementations, Agile experience, Stakeholder management, integration with external apps.
Mandatory: Front-End and Back-End expertise; strong AEM hands-on may substitute for some experience.
