Apparel Designer - Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create innovative, functional, and stylish apparel based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand vision.
• Fabric Selection: Choose fabrics, materials, and trims, considering texture, color, durability, and cost.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, consumer behavior, and industry innovations through research, fashion shows, and market analysis.
• Create sketches, conceptualize collections, and collaborate with manufacturers to ensure designs meet market demands and brand standards.
• Collaborate across categories including men’s, women’s, children’s wear, or accessories as applicable.
• Ensure designs are suitable for production and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and above.
• All genders welcome.
• At least High School Graduate, ALS, or Senior/Junior High; diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically fit.
• With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained.
• Trustworthy with a pleasing personality.
• Experience in pattern design, accessory design, style design, dress design, or fashion design is a plus.
