Job summary

AudioCodes is seeking an experienced APAC Voice AI Subject Matter Expert. Based in Singapore, the Philippines, or Malaysia, you will drive growth for Voice AI Connect and Live Hub across APAC, lead opportunities from discovery to deal progression, and translate CX challenges into compelling voice AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SME or Sales/Solution Architect with sales and technical depth.
• Expertise in Voice Conversational AI, Contact Center, and Telecom (VoIP).
• Experience selling real-time communication to contact centers.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders from tech to business ROI.
• Experience working with technology partners in multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in APAC.
• Experience with Large Partners and Large Contact Centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX Automation opportunities across the region.
• Scope, build, and execute customer demos, POCs, and pilots with clear success criteria; drive to commercial closure.
• Partner with regional Sales Leads to develop enterprise opportunities and convert pipeline into bookings.
• Identify and develop Voice AI use cases based on customer needs and CX requirements.
• Capture customer metrics and requirements to build TCO, ROI, value-based business cases.
• Own technical RFP/RFI responses and lead integration discussions with customers and partners.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and partners; enablement through training and demos.
• Maintain knowledge of Voice AI, Contact Center, and CX Automation market.
• Represent AudioCodes as a regional subject matter expert.
