Job summary

Citigroup is seeking a Settlements Reference Data Services Analyst to support APAC operations in Taguig. The role focuses on maintaining customer sub-accounts reference data and ensuring accurate data across multiple systems for equities, fixed income, and FX.

The position requires 2–4 years in data management within global financial services, with a strong emphasis on data quality and risk awareness. Hybrid work arrangement in Philippines and collaboration with global teams is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Good awareness of client needs/expectations.
• Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar).
• Authen ticates and remediates client data using external and internal Citi systems.
• Liaises with internal Citi teams and external clients globally to ensure data quality is remediated.

Responsibilities

• Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels.
• Acts as backup for manager and provides direction to team.
• Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made in line with Citi’s policies.
• Maker (1st level) and Checker (2nd level) processing of requests across all business lines.
• Performing User Acceptance Testing with occasional weekend release testing as part of a team.
