Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia in Manila seeks a Senior Manager for the Security Operations Center to lead advanced cyber operations and SIEM management for clients in the region. You will architect Cyber Operate solutions across managed SOC, MDR, identity and cloud security, and lead workshops with executives to drive winning pursuits and strong governance across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity required.
12+ years in cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, or security operations.
5+ years leading presales solution architecture or cyber transformation.
Strong knowledge of Cyber Defense, Security Operations, Identity Security, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

Lead the SOC team to provide a secure environment and manage SIEM systems.
Engage client executives and security leaders to understand objectives and risks.
Design differentiated Cyber Operate solutions across SOC, MDR, XDR, and Cloud Security.
Develop future-state operating models including people, process, and governance.
Collaborate with partners to shape offerings and support Go-To-Market.
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive solution reviews.
Drive pricing models, staffing plans, and commercial assumptions.
