Job summary

ServiceNow's APAC Sales organisation seeks a Chief of Staff to the President, Sales APAC. This high-impact leader will amplify capacity, execute cross-functional strategic initiatives, and drive regional growth across Sales, Strategy, and GTM.

You will partner with the APAC President to translate strategy into programs, coordinate across matrix teams, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into business processes or decision-making.
• Senior-level experience in enterprise software or similar environments.
• Proven collaboration with senior executives in fast-paced settings.
• Track record of driving cross-functional programs from concept to outcomes.
• Deep exposure to APAC markets and GTM dynamics.
• Customer-facing GTM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the APAC President to define and drive the APAC Sales agenda.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs that span Sales, Strategy, and GTM.
• Support new market entry and geographic expansion initiatives across APAC.
• Build strategic partnerships across Sales, Alliances, and GTM functions.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners at senior levels.
