Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in Manila to monitor, analyze, and improve data and processes related to disclosures and client data. You will work with multiple teams to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 2–4 years in data management within financial services, and proficiency in MS Office. This position supports ongoing projects and policy enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Strong research and analytical skills in addition to a strong technical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills across organizational levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with DOI disclosures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform disclosure obligations, including Substantial Shareholdings and Takeover disclosures.
• Prepare and submit accurate and error-free disclosure forms.
• Ensure daily DOI position reports are prepared and delivered before SLA deadlines.
• Maintain and improve procedures and controls for shareholder disclosures.
• Oversee and contribute to customer accounts, security and pricing data across systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager.
• Provide direction to team and evaluate performance; identify training needs.
• Manage and deliver project initiatives and supervise junior staff.
• Assess risk in decisions; drive compliance and escalate/control issues with transparency.
