Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional initiatives across ~10 countries and functions
• Prepare and follow up on management meetings, presentations, and reports
• Support VP GMs with analyses, business cases, and decision materials
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with expected outcomes
• Consolidate regional performance data into actionable insights for leadership
• Ensure compliance with Fresenius Medical Care policies, quality standards, and governance
