Job summary

Indie Campers in Manila is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to join the APAC team. You will drive daily regional operations, manage local depots and teams, and ensure fleet availability, customer satisfaction and safety standards.

You will own end-to-end processes from partner procurement to day-to-day property management, coordinate with local operations, and collaborate with real estate expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Action-oriented with initiative to address operational needs.
• Organised and analytical with data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail and precise execution.
• Team player with cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in local operational procedures.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving results.
• Manage regional partner relationships to ensure quality and throughput.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures.
• Contribute to evolution of real-estate standards and safety compliance.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers when required.
• Lead network expansion through real estate procurement.
• Help achieve efficiency targets for your region.
