Job summary

Indie Campers in the Philippines is seeking an Operations & Sourcing Associate to join the APAC regional team. You will drive daily operations, ensure fleet availability, and manage local depots and partners to support high-quality service.

You will own end-to-end processes from real estate expansion to daily vendor management, coordinating with local teams and suppliers to meet safety standards and efficiency targets. Fluent in English is required.

• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Proactive with the ability to drive operational needs.
• Organised and analytical with data-driven approach.
• Detail oriented and meticulous in procedure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be expert in local operational procedures and adapt to region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as regional liaison with local partners and suppliers for daily operations.
• Manage regional stock replenishment procedures.
• Contribute to evolution of real-estate standards and health & safety compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and expand the network.
• Drive efficiency targets in the region.
