Job summary

Indie Campers, APAC regional team, seeks a Regional Operations Analyst to oversee end-to-end regional processes, coordinate local depots and their teams, and drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will own regional procurement, real estate standards, supplier relations and stock replenishment while ensuring health and safety standards, reporting to the APAC Regional Operations Director and collaborating with local operation leaders.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Background in Engineering, Business or similar education.
• Strong initiative and procurement/supplier management experience preferred.
• Organised, analytical and detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Serve as regional point of contact with local partners and suppliers to ensure daily execution of operations and adherence to standards.
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operations.
• Contribute to evolution of real-estate standards to enable local operations to excel while complying with health and safety standards.
• Lead procurement and negotiate suppliers; expand the regional supplier network.
• Drive efficiency targets for your region.
