Job summary

Dow Polyurethanes APAC is seeking an experienced APAC Marketing Manager to lead the growth strategy for the Industrial Markets segment across the region. You will collaborate with Sales, TS&D, Product Management and Business Communications, identify strategic applications, accelerate commercialization, and oversee a cross-functional Market Management Team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in commercial/marketing/business development.
• Experience in polyurethanes or related specialty chemicals.
• Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, engineering or marketing; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Market Management Team to develop and execute marketing strategy.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and value chain analyses.
• Accountable for innovation pipeline management with TS&D.
• Implement marketing communications including sales toolkit, digital marketing, seminars and training.
• Collaborate with Sales and TS&D to deliver short-term and mid-long term financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
