Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager – APAC to lead warehouse operations and global logistics performance across the APAC region from Manila. You will oversee two direct reports, collaborate with the Head of APAC, and drive initiatives including potential Hong Kong warehouse setup within 12 months.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong English communication, and experience with 3PLs, NetSuite, and international freight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience with consumer goods and multiple SKUs/warehouses.
• Proven track record managing 3PLs and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination of Australian warehouse ops via 3PL JAS.
• Hold JAS to KPIs and drive performance beyond them.
• Manage SOH accuracy and inventory synchronization.
• Oversee inbound PO receipting with JAS and Production team.
• Identify and resolve warehouse compliance issues with partners.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for inbound/outbound.
