Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced APAC IT Service Delivery Manager with Spanish language proficiency to oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure and service delivery across the APAC region.

The role acts as the primary bridge between Corporate IT and local IT teams, ensuring consistent implementation of standards, security, governance, and project timelines, while communicating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT service delivery or related IT management roles.
• Experience leading multi-country IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud and security.
• Proven ability to align IT with business goals.
• Experience working with corporate IT standards and governance.
• Proficient in coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
• Spanish language proficiency is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery across APAC and coordinate with regional teams.
• Coordinate local IT teams to ensure policy and standard compliance.
• Escalate critical incidents and monitor KPIs across the region.
• Provide regular reports to Corporate IT on status and performance.
• Drive standardization of IT processes and governance across APAC.
• Lead regional IT infrastructure projects and manage dependencies.
• Manage IT assets and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT services with priorities.
