John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced APAC IT Service Delivery Manager with Spanish language proficiency to oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure and service delivery across the APAC region.
The role acts as the primary bridge between Corporate IT and local IT teams, ensuring consistent implementation of standards, security, governance, and project timelines, while communicating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced APAC IT Service Delivery Manager with Spanish language proficiency to oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure and service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region.
The role will serve as the key link between Corporate IT and local IT teams across APAC, ensuring the consistent implementation of corporate IT standards, infrastructure policies, service levels, project timelines, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
Spanish language proficiency is a key requirement for this position, as the role will regularly communicate and coordinate with Spanish-speaking Corporate IT stakeholders.
Oversee effective IT infrastructure and service delivery across the APAC region.
Coordinate and supervise local IT teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical infrastructure and IT service incidents.
Monitor service levels, incident resolution times, KPIs, and overall operational performance.
Ensure local IT support and services are aligned with business requirements and corporate priorities.
Act as the operational bridge between Corporate IT and local IT teams across APAC.
Ensure the effective implementation of corporate infrastructure, security, backup, and governance policies.
Follow up on corporate IT requirements and ensure timely execution across the region.
Provide regular reports to Corporate IT covering service status, infrastructure performance, incidents, risks, KPIs, and project progress.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of IT processes across APAC.
Lead, manage, and coordinate local IT teams across assigned countries.
Set priorities and ensure timely execution of agreed actions and initiatives.
Support local IT teams in resolving operational issues and elevate critical concerns when necessary.
Foster a service-oriented and collaborative IT culture aligned with corporate standards.
Promote accountability and consistency in IT service delivery across the region.
Lead and coordinate regional IT infrastructure projects across multiple countries or locations.
Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with corporate requirements and agreed timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, local IT teams, and external vendors.
Provide regular visibility on project progress, risks, blockers, and required management decisions.
Ensure that 100% of IT equipment within scope is properly managed and recorded through the corporate IT platform.
Maintain regional visibility of IT assets, including computers, servers, network equipment, licenses, and other infrastructure.
Ensure accurate and consistent IT asset inventories across all assigned countries.
Identify and follow up on missing assets, data gaps, and non-compliance issues.
Coordinate with local and regional IT service providers, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, technical support providers, and infrastructure vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and support the escalation and resolution of service-related issues.
Ensure external providers meet agreed service levels, security requirements, and business expectations.
Support procurement, contract management, and renewal activities related to IT infrastructure and services.
Maintain regular communication with local business leaders, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate IT service and infrastructure solutions.
Support business continuity and operational resilience from an IT infrastructure perspective.
Ensure IT services effectively support the operational and commercial objectives of each country.
Build strong working relationships between Corporate IT, local IT teams, and business stakeholders across APAC.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT service delivery, IT operations, or a related IT management role.
Proven experience managing or coordinating IT teams, preferably within a multinational or regional organization.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, communications, backup, endpoint management, and infrastructure security.
Experience managing multi-country or multi-site IT projects.
Experience working with corporate IT standards, governance frameworks, and IT service management processes.
Experience managing external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Solid understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
Strong experience working with senior business stakeholders and corporate functions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Spanish language proficiency is required or strongly preferred, particularly for candidates with experience communicating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
