Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent’s IT group in the Philippines seeks an IT Service Delivery Technician (Spanish-Speaker) to provide first-level support for IT services across the EMEA region, with occasional support for the Americas and APAC.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, manage incidents in the ITSM tool (prefer ServiceNow), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs. Fluency in Spanish and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Spanish fluency is required.
Experience with IT service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Microsoft-related systems, networks and PC support.
Typically requires 3 years of IT experience or close to IT.
Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, mobile devices, printers, and software in a networked environment.
Proactively monitor applications, networks, internet and cloud services to identify problems or improve efficiency.
Inform users of IT service interruptions and manage incidents to resolution.
Document incident resolutions for future reference in the ITSM tool.
Ensure timely ticket creation and follow-up to meet SLAs.
