The role covers planning, coordination, documentation, and testing of BCP/DR initiatives across multiple locations and time zones. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, with occasional travel to Citco sites.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery with applicable experience.
• Ability to lead technical planning calls with IT staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office Suite.
• Experience using Salesforce platform is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program.
• Coordinate BCP/DR testing across locations and time zones.
• Documentation creation, maintenance, and archiving.
• Participate in Incident Management for priority issues.
• Maintain testing metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage and update SharePoint portals and data archives.
• Support audits and provide evidence across internal/external reviews.
