Job summary

Airbus is seeking a senior leader to head the Aircraft Technical Services (ATS) team for APAC in the Philippines. You will guide Technical Support, MRO, Data Services and related functions to ensure safety, reliability and strong customer relations across the APAC region.

You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and top-line outcomes in a dynamic aviation market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ATS team in APAC including Technical Support, Aircraft MRO, Data Services and Related Functions.
• Ensure continued airworthiness of Airbus Helicopters fleet in the Philippines.
• Oversee maintenance operations across hangar, line, and workshop to meet standards.
• Provide 24/7 aircraft on ground (AOG) tech support and manage customer escalations.
