Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive smarter business decisions across APAC operations. You will collaborate with finance and business leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses, turning data into actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

The role involves leading finance projects, monitoring rolling plans, and delivering timely financial commentary.

Qualifications

8+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis.
Accounting qualification (CA/CPA highly regarded).
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with finance to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports with insights on KPIs.
Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and rolling 12-month plans.
Lead finance-related projects: reporting improvements, system enhancements, consolidations.
Support leaders with financial analysis to improve profitability.
Drive change initiatives with stakeholder engagement and training.
Build relationships with finance managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
