New Era Technology is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive smarter business decisions across our APAC operations. You will prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Turn data into meaningful insights and support key projects to ensure profitability and efficiency. The role requires strong budgeting and forecasting skills, advanced Excel, BI tools experience, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting or business analysis.
• Accounting qualification (CA/CPA highly regarded).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-driven solutions.
• Able to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders across the business.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and accurate with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for APAC operations.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify improvements.
• Develop, monitor and maintain rolling 12-month financial plans.
• Provide monthly financial analysis and commentary to leadership.
• Support business leaders with financial analysis and recommendations.
• Lead finance-related projects and process improvements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change initiatives.
