Job summary

Foundever is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to guide the team in driving financial planning and analysis across the APAC region, focusing on SG&A efficiency and profitability. The role emphasizes close coordination with US market guidelines, scenario analysis, and strategic support for business decisions.

The candidate should bring 8–10 years in FP&A, 5 years in leadership, and strong skills in financial modeling, analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A experience.
• 5 years in leading roles.
• BPO experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP and/or Oracle.
• Ability to work under high pressure and aggressive timelines.
• Willing to receive feedback for continuous self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team towards close and planning processes.
• Manage APAC SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-term plans.
• Analyze SG&A spending and drivers to drive efficiency.
• Ensure consistency with US Market guidelines in APAC.
• Develop robust financial models for scenario analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead special projects to optimize SG&A performance.
• Mentor and grow the FP&A team through coaching and training.
