Job summary

The APAC Regional Financial Analyst will drive monthly performance reviews and lead forecasts for APAC markets, with primary focus on Japan and Taiwan, working closely with country finance teams and senior leaders.

The candidate will bring 10–12+ years of FP&A experience in multinational settings, excel/PowerPoint mastery, and strong communication to translate financial data into strategic actions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

10–12+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in multinational organizations.
Proven ability to consolidate and analyze financial results across markets and present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly APAC financial performance review with variance analysis and management presentations.
Coordinate and manage periodic forecasts across APAC markets, challenging assumptions and risks.
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning for the region.
Prepare executive dashboards and standardize FP&A processes across APAC.
Identify risks and opportunities and advise on business cases and pricing evaluations.
