Job summary

Rimes, provider of the Intelligence Fabric for Capital Markets, seeks a finance professional to manage local books for APAC subsidiaries and support group accounting.

You will lead statutory financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting for Singapore, Philippines and Australia, coordinating with audit firms and cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a CPA/ACCA, strong regulatory knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, and a meticulous, collaborative work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA).
• Experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with local and international financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Local Books and Records for APAC subsidiaries (Singapore, Philippines, Australia).
• Lead statutory financial reporting and liaise with audit firms.
• Produce and analyze management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and provide insights.
• Manage local bank accounts and payments; oversee invoicing for the global AP team.
• Deliver sales tax returns and assist local tax reporting.
• Conduct financial administration and day-to-day operations.
• Support cross-functional ad hoc projects (ERP implementation, process improvements).
