Job summary

Indie Campers Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner – APAC to act as the financial backbone for the region, partnering with the Regional GM and HQ to drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control and investment planning across APAC markets.

You will own regional financial visibility, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and support long-term growth in Australia, New Zealand, and wider Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, controlling, corporate finance, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; Excel/Sheets expert.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights for management.
• Experience with cash flow, investment modeling, or capital planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial visibility of the APAC region, providing timely and accurate reporting to the GM and HQ.
• Build and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis frameworks across all departments (Ops, Sales, Marketing, HR).
• Challenge and support business leaders with actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and prepare management reporting packs with data-driven commentary.
• Track KPIs such as budget deviation, cost per unit, and contribution margin across business lines.
