Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Finance Business Partner – APAC to be the financial backbone for our operations across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and investment planning in collaboration with HQ, ensuring disciplined financial management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate finance, or FP&A.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; expert in Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
Ability to partner with management and drive data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for APAC operations.
Lead monthly performance reviews and management reporting packs.
Track KPIs including budget deviation, cost per unit, and contribution margin.
Strengthen cost management, budgeting controls, and real-time dashboards.
Support regional capital structure planning, funding, leasing, and insurance.
