Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance for APAC to partner with the Regional GM and HQ. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and investment planning to support growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

You will drive financial discipline, build relationships with banks and external partners, and enable smarter decisions through financial insight. This senior IC role reports to HQ Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate finance, or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with management using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC financial visibility with timely reporting to GM and HQ.
• Build budgeting, forecasting, and variance frameworks across departments.
• Challenge leaders with insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and management reporting packs with commentary.
• Track KPIs like budget deviation, cost per unit, and contribution margin.
