Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Audit Manager for its APAC Audit Services team in Manila. You will lead and execute audit engagements, guiding engagement teams, coordinating with Directors, and delivering high-quality workpapers and reports.

The role requires strong leadership, risk focus, and collaboration with stakeholders across time zones. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in financial services audits, professional certifications, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Professional certifications (CISA, CIA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) desirable but not mandatory.
• 8+ years' audit experience in financial services or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across APAC, ensuring scope, objectives, and timelines are met.
• Develop audit strategies, manage fieldwork, and supervise junior team members.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and provide action plans to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
