AUMOVIO SE is seeking an Accounts Payable Leader to manage APAC operations with a Japan focus. The role emphasizes standardization, automation, and stakeholder collaboration across APAC, ensuring timely invoice processing and compliant controls.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in AP, strong SAP experience, and leadership capabilities. English proficiency is required, Japanese preferred, and hybrid work from BGC, Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable, P2P, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Strong SAP and end-to-end AP process knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in Japan AP operations, including stakeholder management and process standardization.
• Experience driving automation, process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Business-level English; Japanese language capability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across APAC.
• Serve as AP SME for Japan Operations and ensure alignment with standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop AP team members while ensuring SLAs.
• Act as primary escalation point for AP issues across APAC with a focus on Japan.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs like payment timeliness, backlog, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support AP system enhancements and digital transformation.
