Job summary

AUMOVIO SE is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee APAC operations from a hybrid site in Taguig. The role emphasizes standardization, automation, and strong stakeholder management to ensure timely invoicing and payments aligned with global controls.

You will lead and coach the AP team, resolve complex supplier issues, and partner with Purchasing, Master Data, and Finance to drive continuous improvement and touchless processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong SAP and end-to-end AP process knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable operations, including stakeholder management, process standardization, operational excellence, and issue resolution.
• Proven experience driving automation, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
