Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory / Entra ID (user accounts, security groups, OUs); exposure to at least one ITSM tool like ServiceNow
• Understands why approvals, least privilege, and SoD checks exist - and won't skip them under time pressure

Nice to have

• Basic PowerShell for AD bulk tasks and reporting
• Exposure to access recertification tools or audit support
• Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt ( Optional)
• ITIL Foundation, or security fundamentals certs (e.g., CompTIA Security+)

Performance measures

• SLA compliance on request turnaround (by priority; terminations same day)
• Ticket accuracy - target zero incorrect grants; errors found in QA or audit sampling
• Daily throughput vs. team baseline
• Ticket hygiene: complete work notes and attached evidence on 100% of closed tickets
