foodpanda is seeking an AP Solution Support professional to join our Procure-to-Pay execution engine in Manila. You will execute routine AP activities, escalate non-standard issues, and support stabilization during transformations while scaling a modern, process-led SSC organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP/finance systems and a strong own-it mindset to ensure accuracy, controls, and timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services environments.
• Experience in high-volume, process-driven organizations.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to SOPs.
• Ability to escalate non-standard, complex, or ambiguous issues promptly.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders across markets and SSC teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support AP operational activities across invoice processing, payment execution, vendor issue resolution, and exceptions within defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the Lead.
• Assist stabilisation during transformation, migration, market onboarding, or process changes.
• Support automation and standardisation initiatives with RPOs and Finance Systems teams.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, report performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with local finance teams and stakeholders to resolve routine queries.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, payment governance, and compliance; escalate risks.
