Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Associate/Specialist, AP Service Delivery for our Finance team in our shared service centre at the BGC office. You will handle day-to-day invoice processing, 3-way matching, and ensure accuracy across documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field, and fresh graduates are welcome. Strong attention to detail and good English are preferred for collaboration with overseas stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or related Finance field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Close attention to details and accuracy.
• Experience in using accounting systems is preferred.
• Experience in a shared services centre or Business Process Outsourcing is preferred.
• Good English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day invoice processing, 3-way matching for all incoming invoices, and related documentation
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming invoices and related documentation received
• Ensure that all data is accurately input during processing
• Address discrepancies, errors, or issues with processing, and elevate to leads/managers to resolve problems promptly
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and respond in a professional and timely manner
• Support obtaining necessary approvals and resolution of issues for non-standard invoices and all related documentation processing.
• Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements in all accounts payable processes
• Provide backup support to other AP teams, ensuring continuity of data maintenance and issue resolution when required
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and contribute to compliance efforts
• Perform Ad hoc tasks as assigned
