Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is seeking an experienced senior leader for Accounts Payable with a track record in managing large AP teams and vendor master data within a BPO/Shared Services setting.

The role requires handling offshore or distributed teams and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in AP, 2–3 years in people management, and hands-on VMD experience, with a background in accounting or finance-based degrees.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 6–10 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 2–3 years of people management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data (VMD) Management.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or GBS environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Strong customer/client stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process transition, service stabilization, or process transformation is a plus.
