Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist in the Manila area to manage supplier invoicing and payments with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years in AP, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with an ERP or accounting software, plus a solid grasp of EWT and VAT rules. This full-time role is based in BGC on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management is required.
• 2–4+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in SSC/BPO environment is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; familiarity with major ERP/accounting software.
• Solid understanding of Philippine taxation basics (EWT and VAT).
