Progressive Technology seeks an Animation Assistant – Digital Motion Production to support the animation and motion graphics team. You will prepare assets, create basic 2D animations, and assist with motion graphics for digital platforms, campaigns, and educational materials.

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Animation Assistant – Digital Motion Production to support our digital animation and motion graphics production team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for visual storytelling, animation, digital design, and multimedia content creation.

The successful candidate will work closely with animators, motion designers, video editors, creative directors, and production specialists to develop engaging animated content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, advertisements, educational materials, and multimedia projects.

As an Animation Assistant, you will contribute to different stages of the animation production process, including preparing visual assets, organizing project files, creating basic animations, assisting with motion graphics, editing sequences, and reviewing final outputs. 2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior animators and motion designers with daily digital animation production activities.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with 2D animation and motion graphics concepts.
• Basic knowledge of animation or design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or similar applications.
• Understanding of video editing, image formats, audio formats, and digital media production workflows.
