Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Motion Designer/Animator for a full-time, remote role. You will work on a mix of 2D motion design, animation, illustration, and selective 3D work, with briefs assigned weekly and deliverables due by week’s end.

• Strong experience in motion design and animation.
• Excellent After Effects skills
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to work primarily in 2D, 3D or both would be a plus.
• Comfortable working under creative direction and translating feedback into strong final output
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong communication and reliability in a fully remote setup

Responsibilities

• Create motion design and animation assets for marketing, case studies, product visuals, social content, and in-app creative
• Execute weekly creative briefs with strong attention to concept, craft, and turnaround time
• Produce content using a mix of traditional creative tools and AI's internal workflow
• Create deliverables that may be entirely AI-assisted, mostly traditional, or a hybrid of both depending on the project
• Revise quickly based on feedback and maintain quality under tight production timelines
• Work closely with the creative lead to interpret briefs and execute against clear visual direction
• Participate in a remote, distributed team environment with consistent communication and accountability
• Show process and explain how you approached a brief when needed
• Deliver work on a week-over-week cadence, typically from Monday brief to Friday delivery
• Create assets that are used for public-facing marketing, case studies, website content, and product storytelling
• Maintain file organization and ensure final assets are delivered into the company's systems and drives

Job Description

This person will work on a mix of2D motion design, animation, illustration, and selective 3D work, depending on experience and project needs. The role supports a fast-moving weekly production cycle: briefs are typically assigned at the start of the week, and polished deliverables are expected by the end of the week.

It is a full-time production role for someone who can work independently, follow art direction closely, and consistently deliver work that is strong enough to publish externally.

What You'll Do Production

• Create motion design and animation assets for marketing, case studies, product visuals, social content, and in-app creative
• Execute weekly creative briefs with strong attention to concept, craft, and turnaround time
• Produce content using a mix of traditional creative tools and AI's internal workflow
• Create deliverables that may be entirely AI-assisted, mostly traditional, or a hybrid of both depending on the project

Qualifications

• Strong experience in motion design and animation, with a portfolio or reel that demonstrates quality and range
• Excellent After Effects skills
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to work primarily in 2D, 3D or both would be a plus.
• Comfortable working under creative direction and translating feedback into strong final output
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong communication and reliability in a fully remote setup
• Interest in how AI tools fit into professional creative workflows

Nice to Have

• 2D animation strength beyond core motion design
• Experience with Rive
• 3D experience in tools such as Blender, Houdini, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Illustration or design strengths beyond animation
• Familiarity with AI image/video workflows and thoughtful opinions on where they help creatively
• Experience producing content for social, product marketing, or creative tech brands
