Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join the L2 S&AS Supply team in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on supply chain processes with AMS activities, offering opportunities to work on incident and problem management, data integration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Anaplan model building, strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, and hands-on experience with Opcon Scheduler, ETL, SQL, and Blob Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Anaplan model building experience.
• General knowledge of supply chain notions including distribution, allocations, demand management, forecasting, pricing and replenishment.
• Technical knowledge in Opcon Scheduler, ETL processes, SQL and Blob Management.
• AMS experience in incident, root cause analysis, user proximity, problem management and action plan follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for supply chain processes and related AMS activities.
• Utilize and manage Opcon Scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and Blob Management to support supply chain operations.
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution with user proximity.
• Manage problem management processes and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
• Escalate issues as necessary to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain and improve the overall performance and reliability of supply chain applications.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Consultant to join our L2 S&AS Supply team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional and technical background, with a particular focus on supply chain management processes and AMS (Application Management Services) activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for supply chain management processes, including general knowledge of supply chain notions such as Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Replenishment.
• Utilize and manage Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and BLOB management to support supply chain operations.
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and ensure user proximity to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage problem management processes and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain service levels.
• Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain and improve the overall performance and reliability of supply chain applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or other related degrees
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anaplan model building
• General Knowledge in Supply Chain notions:
• Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Replenishment
• Technical knowledge and experience in: Opcon Scheduler, ETL Processes, SQL, Blob Management
• AMS experience in: Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Proximity, Problem Management, Action Plan Follow up, Escalation.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
