Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior and Jr.EPM Consultant to lead solution delivery from discovery to implementation. You will architect planning models, design data integrations with ERP platforms, and advise finance leadership on driver-based decision tools.

You will define project scope and milestones, build scalable EPM blueprints (DISCO, PLANS guidelines), manage data integrations (ETL, REST APIs, SQL) with ERP systems, conduct UAT, and mentor junior model builders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ years leading Anaplan or enterprise EPM implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge in FP&A, supply chain, treasury, or financial planning.
• Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification is a strong advantage.
