NielsenIQ is seeking a Customer Success/Analytics professional to deliver retail measurement insights across Asia. You will work with the Analytics & Insights team to delight clients by providing analytics, insights, and targeted recommendations to drive growth in the FMCG/Retail sector.
You will collaborate with Consulting Lead and Customer Service to enhance the customer journey and maximize the value of NielsenIQ Essentials for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
