Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks an Analytics Governance Manager – Data Assurance to architect and gatekeep the enterprise Data Assurance framework. You will own governance products, lead cross‑functional alignment, and design scalable rule systems to ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness across Globe’s analytics ecosystem.

As the primary SME for ingestion readiness and architecture impact, you will shape governance workflows, policy codification, and certification processes while driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years data governance, data quality, data acquisition, or data platform experience.
• Proven governance SME with cross-domain influence.
• Strong SQL, lineage, metadata, documentation, and DQ rule engineering experience.
• Driving governance adoption without direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end Data Assurance governance model, workflows, checklists, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as IC governance lead across multiple BU/domains and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Own data acquisition governance design, risk scoring, and remediation planning.
• Eliminate tech debt and manual workarounds by building automated governance controls.
• Lead policy, standards, and principle compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Develop next‑gen governance automation, dashboards, and AI‑assisted validations.
