Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Data Quality Lead Expert to architect and implement the Data Quality Framework. You will personally engineer the most complex DQ checks, include ML-based anomaly detection, and codify reusable patterns and tooling for the team.

You will bridge governance policy and engineering by delivering robust data health instrumentation, dashboards, and proactive monitoring, while guiding technical standards across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering or data quality teams with enterprise-scale solutions.
• 3+ years as senior/lead IC owning complex data solutions.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data quality monitoring experience.
• Experience with Snowflake and DBT is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and improve the data quality framework and checks.
• Develop anomaly detection methods and reusable patterns for data health.
• Instrument dashboards and monitor data quality in real time.
• Lead technical execution across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance.
• Provide rigorous technical analysis of data issues and RCA.
