Job summary

Xillium PH is seeking an Analytics Architect to define how the company measures its workforce. You will own requirements and collaborate with the Analytics team to bring them to life, deciding what to capture, how to report, and how data connects to other systems including AI used to improve operations.

You will span every department, balancing individual journeys with systemic deployment against business goals, ensuring measurement stays aligned with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into measurement requirements for a data team.
• Understand data models, metric design, reporting, and system integration.
• Hold both individual and aggregate views to guide decisions.
• Define and map data across departments.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and department leads.

Responsibilities

• Define what the business needs to measure about its workforce.
• Decide data capture locations across departments, and how it connects back into other systems.
• Design the reporting and data flows that feed our AI systems to improve operations.
• Map the individual employee journey and the systemic deployment against company goals.
• Collaborate with every department to keep measurement aligned with how the operation runs.
• Partner with the Analytics team through the build and confirm the delivered work matches the intent.
