• Understand data models, metrics design, reporting and integration.

• Map processes and define structured requirements for builds.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and department leads.

Responsibilities

• Define what the business needs to measure about its workforce and translate into requirements for Analytics.
• Decide where and how data is captured across departments and connected to other systems.
• Design reporting and data flows that feed AI systems to guide operations.
• Map individual employee journeys and how people are deployed against goals.
• Work across departments to keep measurement aligned with operations.
• Partner with Analytics through the build to ensure the shipped product matches intent.
